The Freedom Rights Project is a research initiative that addresses two big questions: What has gone wrong with international human rights? How can we fix it?
The Project will provide the impetus for discussion about fundamental problems in the theory and practice of human rights. The goal is to raise the quality of the human rights discourse as a necessary step for the improvement of human rights policy. A poor discourse has spawned a bad practice: one cannot be tackled effectively without the other.
